The Testing Process

Conduct a Post Project Review

When the project has been completed, and the test results have been given to all the stakeholders, then it's time to conduct a post mortem. This is a meeting with all stakeholders and the test team to review what happened on the project. The goal is to determine where problems occurred, document them, and decide what can be done to prevent that problem from occurring on the next project. Here is a list of suggested questions to ask:
