Advice on Software Testing

Notes, Tips, Techniques from people who have
Been There, Done That, Got the T-Shirt,
and now have written about it

Doug AndersonI have been involved in many testing projects, from small to large, from accounting and banking to rocket science. Some were fun and interesting, some were boring, some were difficult to do, some were successful, some were not so successful.

I helped test the C code inside a research satellite launched by NASA. I managed software testing projects for major banks in Australia. I also managed a software testing project for a medical card terminal in Australia.

In this section of my web site, I have gathered several articles about software testing from other people who have been there and done that; hopefully you will find some of this advice useful and pertinent to your own work. I will add more articles over time as I find them; check back once a month to see the latest articles.

Please browse the list of articles in the menu at the left, and click on a title to read that article. The article will appear here, in this frame.

Good luck with your testing project.
